The Oakland, California two-man dynamo of Mighty" Dave Pellicciaro and Dale Fanning perform with a revolving cast of crazy friends and talented strangers, forging a focused, hi-octane sound from their long history of musical influences. This year, Materialized brings us an evolving electric collaboration with their old friend (and ours), Portland's Scott Law. Once representing three-quarters of the '90s psychedelic rock band, Tough Mama, each of the three has gone on to develop strong musical careers winning Grammys with Beausoleil, playing with groundbreaking acoustic artists like Darol Anger, and starring in bands including The Jackmormons, Living Daylights, and Hanuman. Materialized & Scott Law promises to chart new territories with its fusion of live electronic rock, latin rhythms, and pop sensibilities.
